The Theme tab covers a survey's appearance without touching its structure. Start from one of the built-in presets — each available in a light and dark variant, and with or without question "panels" for a lighter look — giving 40 preset combinations in total.
From there, fine-tune the accent colour, corner radius, font family and size, and element spacing. A header section lets you add a logo (with sizing and fit controls) and style the survey's title and description independently of the questions below it.
Once a theme looks right, apply it to the current survey with one click, or export it as a JSON file to reuse across other surveys — handy for keeping every form on brand without redoing the styling each time.
