A workflow runs one or more actions automatically whenever a submission completes — sending a webhook, emailing a notification, or alerting when a score crosses a threshold. Attach as many workflows as you need from a survey's Workflows panel; each one fires independently.
Rather than configuring the same action from scratch on every form, save one as a workflow template — a reusable preset with its own name, description, and settings. Apply a template to any survey in one step, then adjust its settings for that specific form if needed.
Workflows can be restricted to only fire when a submission meets certain conditions — for example, only send the Slack alert when a score falls below a threshold, rather than on every completed submission.
If a workflow has Allow resend enabled, you can re-run it for an individual past submission from that submission's execution history — useful if a webhook endpoint was briefly down, or you fixed a workflow's settings after the original run and want that submission processed correctly. Resend re-runs only the one action for the one submission; it doesn't touch anything else.
